So I truly try to be still these days but I find
it extremely challenging.
Stilling my body is one thing but trying to
still the mind is a whole different animal
for me. Do you know what I mean?
I’ve been in my ‘happy place’ for the last week and
have made two observations I wanted to share because
they’ve worked for stilling the ‘ole cabesa!
1) Listen to nature...the wind, the birds, the trees...it works.
If you really pay attention to nature it’s an immediate remedy
for a racing mind.
2) Exercise!!! Create one goal during your workout...like reaching a stop sign on a jog or getting to have a cup of coffee after a swim...If you just focus on that goal everything
