Well anyone that knows me knows I’ve got a weeee bit
of anxiety… it’s a blessing
(as it allows me to get stuff done) but
a curse also (it has kept me from sleep for years).
Anyway, I recently was directed towards this workbook and can you say life changer!??
I really thought most people thought the way I did until
I realized I swayed just a wee bit over the norm…
Classic, right?
Anyway if you think you are a bit like this you should totally
